This page explains what information RemedyBaba (Pandit Vikas) collects on this website, why, and who it is shared with.
What we collect
- Contact details: your name, phone number and, if you give it, your email address and address.
- Birth details: date, time and place of birth, and gender if you choose to share it. These are needed to prepare a Kundli or answer your question.
- Your questions and the answers we give you.
- Payment details: the UPI reference number (UTR) you submit and, if you upload one, a screenshot of your payment. We never see or store your UPI PIN, card or bank login.
- Technical data: your IP address and a small cookie that remembers this device, used to apply the "first question free" rule and to prevent misuse.
How we use it
- To book and confirm appointments, verify payments, answer your questions and contact you about them (phone, WhatsApp or email).
- To keep the free-question and free-Kundli limits fair.
Who we share it with
- Prokerala (astrology calculation service): your birth date, time and place, to calculate the chart. Your name is not sent.
- Cloudflare (DNS-over-HTTPS): when you enter an email address, only its domain (for example
gmail.com) is looked up to check that it can receive email. Your email address itself is not sent. - Payment providers: if online payment is enabled, the payment is handled by that provider under its own privacy policy.
- Email provider: if you give an email address, booking and answer emails are sent through our email service.
- We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.
How we keep it safe
- Payment screenshots are stored privately on our server and can only be opened by our admin.
- Bank, UPI and service keys are stored encrypted.
- Your answer page is private: only someone with its link can open it, and it is hidden from search engines.
How long we keep it
We keep booking, payment and question records for as long as needed to provide the service and for our accounts. You can ask us to delete your questions and contact details at any time.
