Personal appointments
- To cancel or reschedule, contact us on WhatsApp or call +919034898249 as early as possible before your appointment time.
- (Client to decide: the notice period and whether a cancelled appointment is refunded, moved to a new date, or partly refunded.)
Questions, Janampatri and consultations
- Once your questions have been answered or your Janampatri / consultation has been delivered, the service is complete and cannot be refunded.
- If we are unable to provide a service you have paid for, we will refund the full amount.
Payments we could not verify
If your payment cannot be matched to a booking or order, contact us with your UTR and payment screenshot and we will resolve it.
How refunds are made
Approved refunds are returned to the original UPI / bank account, usually within (client to decide) working days.
